Shipping?
Once we receive an order, it will be processed immediately. If you place an order on a in stock item and it is received before 5pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday, the order is shipped within 24-48 hours via the shipment method you have chosen. If you have special requests or if you need to ship sooner, please contact us via email and we will always respond same day.
All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA. Ground shipments will arrive one day to Southern California after it is shipped out and 2 days to anywhere in Northern California. For all orders that are not in stock, please allow approx. 5-10 working days for the order to ship. Orders designated for priority delivery are subject to additional charges. Taxes and shipping are calculated at the time of checkout.
Shipping charges are determined from the Fed Ex/UPS computer directly. A package with 1 pen would be the same shipping cost most likely as if you ordered 25 pens, a polo shirt, and tshirt. The minimum weight for packages by UPS/Fed ex is 1 lb regardless of what is inside.
Return Policy?

Please indicate whether you want a replacement or full refund. Defective items will be replaced at no extra cost. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. All other returns will be subject to additional shipping charges. We encourage you to insure all bulk orders returned for replacement or refund. Shipments sent C.O.D. will not be accepted. Please be sure to let us know your order # when returning the item.
Coupons and Gift Cards
Coupon codes allow you to deduct a certain dollar amount or percentage off your order or shipping charges.
Gift Cards load your account with spendable dollars that can then be applied to any order you choose. If your order value is higher than your available gift certificate balance, you will need to pay the rest of your order with credit card. Once you receive a gift card code, you can use this code in the checkout process to redeem for merchandise.
Achievers Website eGift Cards
If you received a gift card via the Achievers Website, you can redeem the BSC company store cards here on this site.
If you don’t have a existing account at bsccompanystore.com, please click the top nav: Register, and you can register as a new user.
If you have an existing account, make sure you are logged in first. Once logged in, select ‘My Account’ from the menu at the top. You can then select ‘Account Balance’ where you will be able to activate your gift code and apply the balance to your account. This balance will remain your account as long as you wish.
Once you have chosen your items for purchase and proceeded to the checkout screen, you can select to use your account balance, or to pay by Credit Card. Any remaining balance after your eGift card account balance is used will have to be paid via Credit Card.
